Pauline Van Antwerp, 87, of Goshen, died Friday morning, March 14, 2008, at Courtyard of Goshen after a brief illness.

She was born in Allendale, Illinois, on March 22, 1920, to Clyde and Estelle (Harris) Cusick.  She married Harry Van Antwerp on April 11, 1940.  He preceded her in death on February 5, 1978.

Mrs. Van Antwerp graduated from Gibson City High School in Illinois in 1938.  A Goshen resident since 1959, Mrs. Van Antwerp was a homemaker and worked for Raceview Florist for a number of years.  She was a member of the Goshen Christian Church. 

She is survived by three daughters, Patricia Troyer of Mason City, Iowa, Paulette Van Antwerp of Tucson, Arizona, and Barbara (Blaine) Barnhill of Winter Garden, Florida; two sons, Donald Van Antwerp of Bristol and David Van Antwerp of Goshen; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Hazel Mosher of Freeport, Illinois and Helen Hicks of Champaign, Illinois.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry; an infant daughter, Carol; a granddaughter; and two brothers, Harold and Melford Cusick.

Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, March 18 at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.

A 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 19, 2008, funeral service will be held at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.  Pastor Kim Huffman of the Goshen Christian Church will officiate.

Burial will be in Violett Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Care at Home Hospice.
